Meet Some of Our Beer

 A Wallonian Style Farmhouse Saison with Barley, Oats, Wheat, and Spelt. Citra hops bring a subtle touch of citrus to go along with floral notes from the Saison yeast.  

5.5% ABV

Within some species of fireflies the females will wait to initiate mating until the males have collectively synchronized their bioluminescent lights creating a beautiful lightshow.

Cracked Canopy is a hazy IPA with multiple formats of both Citra and Mosaic.

Using multiple formats of the same hop help saturate the beer with as much hop flavor as possible. 

6.5% ABV

Trees sense their surroundings as they grow toward the light and exhibit a phenomenon called Crown Shyness. When branches near other trees they stop growth in that direction creating cracks in the canopy so that the trees avoid fighting each other over the light.

Our sour base with a blend of 3 parts Peach and 2 parts Raspberry.

Octopi and other Cephalopods are so unique some people say they are almost aliens and their adaptations to camouflage and shape their bodies into their environment make them real life shapeshifters. 

 Swimming Frenzy: Pineapple is one of our rotating Fruited Summer Ale. Full of pineapple flavor and aroma and finishing with a crisp dryness. 

4.5 % ABV

When Sea turtle hatch they go travel through the treacherous sands to reach the water. Those that reach the water go into a Swimming Frenzy, sometimes for 24 hours straight until they reach a safe location. 

Lager yeast takes its time and leisurely voyages through the fermentation process creating a clean crisp and refreshing character that helps express the rich grainy to go alongside a slight hop bitterness. 

4.6% ABV

Sloths are know for their slow leisurely movment through the forest and we found that fitting for our first lager that we made at Altered Species. 

2025 Untappd Gold Medal Winner

Brilliant Bill is a hazy IPA using a new yeast strain along with Alora and Nectaron hops to push toward having a lot of ripe stone fruit character. Brilliant Bill has a touch more malt character than our previous two IPA releases and comes in at 7% ABV.

Toucan Bills are vibrant and brilliant colors just like our Regular Bill who is brilliant and vibrant in his own way.  

2025 Untappd Silver Medal

A rich and bold stout brewed with chocolate and a touch of vanilla. This beer is best slightly warmed to around 50-55 degrees. 

8 % ABV

The Death's Head Hawkmoth is renowned in folklore, literature, art, and in fi lms as a rebel moth due to its striking appearance with a skull-like marking on its thorax. It is considered an omen of death and a supernatural harbinger of ill omens. Fitting for a bold dark stout.

Using caramel malts and nutty base malts the base beer has a smooth nutty caramel aroma and flavor and then toasted pecans and maple are added to give a toasted nut character along with a tiny touch of sweetness from the maple.

Large doses of Cryopop and Krush hops give a massive aroma and flavor of tropical, citrus, and stone fruit.

Sea Otters are one of the only things that prey on sea urchins. Sea Urchins eat Kelp.

Left uncontrolled, sea urchins will consume all the kelp. Then the fish leave because they have no cover and the area actually becomes an “underwater desert” where there is no life at all. It even causes the sea urchins to starve. Entire regions of the sea become barren. 

Courting Dance is a Hazy Session IPA at 5.4% ABV.

Courting Dance uses  Cryopop hops along with a yeast that helps transform compounds in malts and hops that help bring out tropical flavors.
